Overview of international alerts

In order to provide our readers with an overview of the best-known publications from authorities and industry regarding the release of carcinogenic and environmentally harmful chromium (VI) compounds such as calcium or sodium chromate, we have added a new menu item to our magazine.

If you click in the top menu bar on

"worldwide hex chrome warnings"

in the top menu bar, you will find a list of important publications from agencies and institutions, as well as warnings from engine and turbine manufacturers.

As you can see, the problem is well known, but at least the turbine and engine manufacturers are making an effort not to stage the chromate scandal for publicity.

From the well-known insulation companies, as well as from the insulation manufacturers any statement is missing so far, but that would be perhaps also too much demanded, if one would warn those, which can come day in and day out with the dangerous and forbidden substances in connection, of dangers.

Once the products have been purchased, the suppliers' interest in the customers seems to come to an abrupt end.
